The Valley Of Rare offers amazing natural light through our 13ft factory windows, studio lighting and 14 colored seamless backdrops.The spacious open floor plan is perfect for set designs, filming, music videos, podcast and content creation for all sorts. This plant paradise is made complete with its 50 plants (and counting) modern furniture and serene ambiance. [Vacated directly on the Beltline and directly behind Ponce City Market with provided parking for the first 2 hours] A makeup station is also provided, perfect for capturing BTS for all clients. Come create to your hearts desire at our beautiful piece of paradise. Set manager is on site during rentals to assist on and off set if needed. Please be honest in regards to your number of guest/attendees. Cancelation of shoot will occur if your number of guest/attendees exceeds the number stated during rental session. C stands are provided during rental sessions. Furniture and Plants may not be moved and are available to shoot next to their set areas. An add on fee of $40 would be needed to move the furniture. If additional time is needed, let me know in advance or an hour prior to your rental session to schedule it in with the additional hourly fee. If not, please be prepared to end your session with enough time for you and your party to vacate. Any booking that goes over the rental time would be charged for a full hourly rate. NO WE DO NOT ALLOW IN PERSON TOURS. NO YOU MAY NOT COME EARLIER THAN YOUR RENTAL TIME TO SET UP. NO YOU MAY NOT MOVE OR TOUCH ANY OF THE PLANTS. PLEASE ALLOW THE SET MANAGER TO MOVE ANY PLANTS IF AND WHEN NECESSARY OR YOU WILL RESULT IN CANCELING YOUR SHOOT. NO YOU MAY NOT BRING ANY PETS INSIDE THE STUDIO.
