Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We hire a professional cleaning team so that guests feel comfortable upon check ins.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Have a small event coming up? Rent out our studio! Now accepting bookings! The space is ideal for multiple purposes, 1,400 sq ft studio that can accommodate small groups of 50 or less. It is primarily a dance studio, However, we are renting it out for small intimidate events such as baby showers, birthdays, photography shoots, group meetings, dance classes, etc. Studio has 4 large mirrors along one wall, Dimmable lighting, ceiling speakers, & wood flooring. Location comes with 6 rectangle tables & 30 chairs - Amenities include kitchenette bar with sink and plenty of space to store items, break/dressing room with Microwave and large fridge, coffee & tea machine. It has 1 bathroom, AC/ heater, security, benches, and wifi. **Please Note: When sending a booking request, please make sure your booking time includes setup and breakdown. Must book a minimum of 4 hours.** It is located within the heart of the Lancaster BLVD, walking distance of many restaurants, bars, & movie theaters. Lucky Luke, RIO, Don Sal, MOAH, and many more! Parking description

Many free public parking options! Can park in the back of the building or in front with metered and no metered options.

General Rules

- Outside catering is allowed - No alcohol allowed after 10pm (Beer or Wine ONLY) - NO smoking/ vaping of ANY kind permitted inside of or directly in front of the building.   - NO gum is permitted inside the venue.  - NO nails hammered in walls for decorations. Tape or Command Hooks are accepted.   - NO pets permitted inside of the building.   - DO NOT touch or lean equipment on mirrors on the wall. Property damage WILL be billed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Studio is equipped with security cameras throughout location, in front and back of building and including by front desk and inside center floor. WE DO NOT PUT CAMERAS IN BATHROOMS AGAINST THE LAW.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
