The perfect space to host your intimate event! Offering over 1600 square feet, raised ceilings in our warehouse space, and a loading dock door providing direct access to the warehouse, convenience and efficiency are a major focus here. With multiple rooms capable of complete transformation, we have a perfectly creative space for the creative planner to thrive.

General Rules
No Smoking in or Outside the building. Vape & Hookah is permitted on a case by case basis and will require signature of liability agreement.
Outside Catering and Alcohol is permitted on a case by case basis and will require signature of liability agreement. May require additional deposit.
Loitering outside of building will not be tolerated. Early termination of booking will ensue as a result of noncompliance.
All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a contracted cleaning company to clean and disinfect between bookings and studio use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
