Amenties Include; Natural Light Studio Space/Event Space - (500 Square-foot) Abundant diffused natural light and tall ceilings allow you to shoot both natural light and studio strobe. We have several C-Stands, white and black V-Flats, available for you to use for no additional charge. Gear Rental Available - Need to rent gear for your shoot? We have you covered. Contact us for an up-to-date list of our rental gear. Hair and Makeup Station - A daylight-balanced hair and makeup station makes it easy for your clients or your HMUA to do hair and makeup. Kitchenette - We have a convenient kitchennete with a microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, and dishes. Bye bye, hanger. Private Bathroom - Our private bathroom helps you and your clients avoid the awkwardness of using public restrooms. Crisis averted! Furnished Meeting Space - (200 Square-foot) A large desk, couch, and appealing aesthetic make this room perfect for consultations, sales sessions, and meetings.Impress your clients with a space that is attractive and clean. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

I rented this space for a photo shoot. It was perfect! Lots of natural light, beautiful props, unique outdoor grounds, lots of texture. Danielle was super friendly and welcoming. I will be booking again soon!
