We started this family restaurant in order to provide a home for local LA pop ups. Our backgrounds are in sales and marketing and we love to highlight local small businesses. We'd love to house your event in our Community Kitchen! Our venue is an eclectic restaurant in the heart of Chinatown ready for all kinds of projects and events! This modern spot is at the base of a high end apartment building and is fully functional for all kinds of uses: Creative Productions, Hosting Classes or Workshops, Social Clubs, Birthdays, Dinner Parties, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, you name it. It features high ceilings, local street artist mural, open kitchen, modern vibes. The ceiling height provides a sense of spaciousness and the footprint lends itself to more intimate dinners and events. We've had dinner parties for 25 as well as birthday parties for 60 and have a rolodex of chefs and dessert vendors available to bring your foodie dreams to life! We also have (2) T.V.'s that can show your presentation, slideshow or movie of your choice. Should you want to book with use of the restaurant equipment: the interior has 4 Fryers, 5 Grills/Flattops, (3) 4 Burner Stove Tops, (2) 2 Burner Stove Tops, (3) Ovens, (4) Prep Tables, Handwashing Sinks, 3 Compartment Sink, (3) Prep Sinks, (3) Fridges and Freezers, Ice Maker. This will add a cleaning fee of $350. WIFI accessibility! Street parking or Paid/Comped Parking in our structure! -Available daily with a 3 hour minimum. -Maximum occupancy for a standard rental is 50 people. -(1) ADA compliant Restroom -A/C -Set up and breakdown are available for a discounted rate ($75/hour) -We are here to help with permit paperwork if you think you need it at an added fee. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
