About the Space
Our dance studio has 3 rooms available for usage. It can be used for dance rehearsal, classes, meetings, and/or events. We also have a pole dance studio (poles are removable if needed). Our rooms range from 300 to 500 sq feet. Our space is great for both kid and adult events. Pricing for individual use or small group use begins at $45 an hour.

General Rules
No smoking in the building. Basic cleaning is provided by host. For events/ large gatherings, a cleaning fee will be applied.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are in each studio for safety. They can be turned off if requested in the studio of use.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is cleaned and disinfected prior to guest arrival.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
