“Live like Coco” in this Coco Chanel-Inspired space located near downtown Indianapolis. Book this space for your bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and any other events you have in mind! Free street parking is available directly across from the location in which you'll be staying. Parking spaces available will vary depending upon the time of day.
General Rules
Please no smoking inside of the apartment. The porch area is a shared space among our occupants, and the other occupants within the building, and may be used for this purpose at your leisure. Please be considerate of the other occupants when utilizing this space.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are 2 total cameras on site, that we own. The first camera is located on the porch area near the entrance to the building (in the top, left corner). The second camera is located in the hallway near the entry door to the apartment. Both of these cameras will be active during the duration of your stay.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
After each stay, a licensed cleaning team comes behind our guests and cleans the space thoroughly, being sure to remove anything need to be washed or perished. An additional touch up is done before bookings when bookings have been spaced out, to ensure total cleanliness.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
