Ceiling is open the conception options here are endless. Great for photographers, videographers and YouTubers. Living spaces built in with separate photography studio space. This was a wonderful space and a great location. I was having my own marketing photos done at this space, and I chose this space in particular based on the interior. I love the exposed brick walls, the exposed ductwork, and the overall urban vibe of this location. I would definitely rent again, however it should be noted, that the images on this Peerspace listing are brighter than the actual space in person. The intention was to shoot all natural light in this location, and you can see why I chose it based on the images here on the listing. However, it was much darker once we arrived. A talented photographer will know how to brighten up the setting even with no lighting. And even though it was different from the photos to the actual location, I would still rent again. Thanks!
