All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is an amazing space, with a wonderful office team that takes very good care of you. I would highly recommend Jan and the Anchor office space to anyone looking for meeting space, office space, team building events etc. Kendra's IT support was top notch - the wi-fi, networking and projection services worked flawlessly! I myself hope to be a repeat customer. The central location near the Galleria is very convenient. Thanks Jan .. thanks Kendra!

Jan and her team were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They are very professional, the space was clean and they are very attentive and accommodating with all of our requests. They communicated so clearly and there was no confusion about anything regarding our reservation. We had a 2-day back to back event and their space was perfect to what we needed. Any future events we may have will definitely be booked with Jan and her team. Can’t say enough great things about Anchor.

Jan and Kendra are amazing! They helped us with the technology. Greeted us and helped guide our guest. The venue is beautiful. There is a break room fully equipped and the perfect area for food. The lobby and space is nice. Every guests complimented the venue! Thank you guys. Definitely will book again.
