Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Masks are worn at all times, surfaces are cleaned after each use, rooms are aired out in between vendors and a professional cleaning crew comes in every week.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
Our 400 sq.ft Black Box is a versatile space featuring high ceilings. The industrial roll-up door is ideal for load-in/out or natural lighting and offers outdoor expansion options. Great for rehearsal, filming, audition, and an intimate performance venue Photography, Performance, Rehearsal space, Professional Lighting. This creative flex space also offers a Lounge, Kitchen, Dressing Room and Make-Up/Hair area if needed. Pictures included for reference.

Ample parking in front and behind. Easy access to roll up doors in the back for loading.
General Rules
We ask that all renters leave spaces as they found them.
All renters must follow current COVID regulations.
Al renters must sign a studio contract.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras that are set up at the front and back entrances of the studio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
