About the Space
On The Low is a lightly furnished loft that can be used for events as well as photo and video shoots. It's a wide-open space that can be adjusted for many types of occasions. OTL is our modern take of the classic "speakeasy", intimate and private, but stylish and comfortable. It's the perfect space for your gathering. As a photo studio, OTL comes with Satin backdrops in red, white, blue, green, and purple, as well as a shimmering gold option. During the day it gets wonderful sunlight near the huge window. Backdrop papers are available upon request. Please note: - Rental period includes time for setup and breakdown - We offer seating that can accommodate 12 comfortably - The space comes with speakers - music and DJ's are allowed - Upon request, we can provide two 4 ft fold-out tables - No sale of alcohol or food is allowed within the space - No hookah weed or any kind of smoking is allowed - For ticketed events, tickets cannot be sold at the door, only pre-sale options - Decorations are allowed excluding things that stick on the walls and confetti/glitter Message us for any additional questions.

Really great space! Loved it— a tad hard to get into because of the building. We overall had a great time. Bathrooms could be cleaner and communication with the host could’ve been better. I would definitely book again.
