This large house is located on a cul-de-sac in the hills of Stevenson Ranch, in LA County. Our home features a beautiful backyard with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, open land for cameras and crew, a covered patio, and hallway at the side for ease cargo access. Available inside the home are two large, open living areas with high ceilings, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and semi-empty 3-car garage, great for storage. Backyard faces west so you have daily gorgeous sunsets that bring magic hour lights inside the house. Property is within the 30-mile zone, 30 minutes from Hollywood and 20 minutes from Burbank. Ancillary space available for production needs such as catering. Permitted and insured productions only.
