Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Professionals come in to clean the entire home after I have thoroughly cleaned it myself. It is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected twice between guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

About the Space
My home can be used for anything really. There is a desk for office use along with a printer and shredder. There is a chimenea in the backyard with large umbrella to lounge underneath. Very large island and updated kitchen. It is a 3 bedroom Home, but only 2 rooms are available for guests. Guest bedroom has yoga mats accessible and incense for yoga sessions. Fitness equipment is available on the patio.

Up to 5 cars fit directly in front of home. Entire neighborhood is allowed street parking.
General Rules
No pets.
No smoking inside of home.
No loud noise or parties after 11PM.
Outside catering is allowed.
