About the Space
Private office located in Nob Hill Backyard. You're welcome to use the backyard space as well. Its an incredible space to have right in the middle of the city. The space has a heater in the event that it gets cold outside. The door and window can be left open for fresh air.

Parking description
I have one parking space in front of my garage that is always available.
There is metered parking on the street otherwise.
There are also covered parking garages nearby.
General Rules
All I ask is that you respect the space.
The purpose of the space is for you to have an outdoor and open place to work.
There is no cleaning fee or anything like that. I have all the necessary computer equipment for you to be able to pair with the monitor.

I have cameras installed that can be turned on or off given your preference.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
I clean the space in-between bookings.
- there is hand sanitizer in the office
- The space is usually completely open to the outdoors.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
