All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Affluent modern spacious paradise decorated with international luxury deco art. Including sports pool, only 5 minutes car ride from the beach and 15 min from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Peaceful and quiet private home. Great location with well kept secrets international restaurants, shopping, 10 minutes from Wilton Manors, short ride to Las Olas Blvd with lots of entertainment, theaters, clubs. The swimming pool is now heated! New floors and updated bathrooms. Closets in the bedrooms are not included in the rental.

The house has four space and there is parking near the area.

Lighting description
The inside is brightest between 10 AM to 6 PM. Two bedrooms have complete blackout for windows.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Is rare when you hear a neighbor, inside the house is super quiet with hurricane windows the noise is hard to scape the property.

Parking in front of the house is ok.
The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. Please ask us to help with moving furniture or props. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across the floor.
Please return all furniture and props to their original place.
It's best if you take before photos to remember where to return items.
We will charge $50 to return items not returned to their original place, if multiple items are not returned.
Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or the paint on the walls.
Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls.
Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items.
There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow.
Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not allow smoking or the use of any drugs inside the venue.
We do not allow the consumption of alcohol during film or music video production.
The number of people in your booking request should include all persons who will be physically present at the venue - crew, cast, guests etc.
All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved
The furniture wall decor can be removed or move around and must be return to its original place or there will be additional fees.

Security cameras and recording devices
Two front cameras, one inside the living room, 3 Alexas. The devices can be disconnected upon request.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
