This Three Story Renovated Luxurious 1916 Historic building is boutique living in the coveted Midtown Garden District, conveniently positioned between Buckhead and Downtown Atlanta. Enjoy gorgeously bright and spacious sunroom and inviting chefs kitchens with large waterfall islands adorned in exotic stone slab, secure key-less entry, over-sized cabinetry and luxurious Italian tiled bathrooms with baths and rain showers. Perfect for meetings, photoshoots and other small activities. There is no elevator in this historic building. The unit is located on the third level.
