About the Space
There are several rooms that are creatively decorated in this bright natural-light and open environment. Floor to ceiling windows overlook Locust Street off of Rittenhouse Square. Furniture is mobile to fit your meeting, event or photography needs and there is a kitchen, laundry and smart televisions throughout the venue as well as a floor to ceiling chalk board and instagrammable backgrounds. Booking time INCLUDES set up and clean up time for your event - please book accordingly.

It was a big space, but dirty. The wall chalk board still had writing from the party before us. The floors had not been swept or mopped before our arrival. We were told we would have support for setup but she was out of town. The gal covering said she couldn’t meet us or provide any support.

Initial interactions with the host was great! However the interactions the day off were very disappointing and frustrating. We were provided no entry code to enter and the contact phone number no one answered phone calls or texts. We lucked out that while we were waiting outside to figure out what to do next some employees of the place were leaving. They let us in and gave us the code to get in. They too were surprised nothing was provided to us. Upon arrival we noticed it was warm and that the AC was not running. It was 77 indoors and there was no one to contact for help. In the end it worked out. We opened windows so it was manageable but not ideal. The space itself is lovely but it’s been 3 days and there has been still no reach out from the host. I even sent a courtesy email prior to posting this review to see what happened as before the event response was great but haven’t heard back. Everything ended up fine but I get anxious even thinking what would we have done if we didn’t run into the employees. We would have had zero way to get in or even contact the host where she would answer. We had 40 guests for a birthday party.

The venue looked just as depicted and was a beautiful space for my surprise engagement party. There were a few day of hiccups with the alarm system, AC working, and set up. The host was responsive and helpful. And we are having a follow up convo soon for a final convo on how my event went.

What a fantastic space for my son's Disney themed 1st birthday party! Everything was clean, spacious, and vibrant. Everyone loved the venue and all the little areas were great for conversations and pictures! Tara was great and always answered even my most trivial questions. We brought our own food, so the kitchen was a big plus for storage. We had plenty of space for the kids to dance, host a rock painting session, and do some baby trivia all at once. Been hearing all my guests rave about how great this party was. Will definitely consider this for future events.
