About the Space
An incredible design office, perfect for meetings, photoshoots, and design work. It is an open office layout with huge desks on wheels. There are 3 different lounge areas and 8 large desks in the main open area. There is a freight elevator at the entrance, as well as a small loading dock that can be comfortably used by trucks and cars smaller than 20'. There is a large conference room with 10 seats with additional chairs. It holds a 65" Samsung tv for your use and two large whiteboards. There is one other office in the space. There are additionally two phone booths with small tables inside near the entrance of the space. There are two rooms in the space which will be locked during the rental which are not shown in the attached images. The kitchen has cups and some dishware. Ideal space for catering.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space was beautiful, this was our second time that our company filmed an interview here. There's a lot to use to build out a set. There is a FedEx shipping center next door, however. Sound wasn't terrible, but something to consider.
