Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

New creative space great for photo shoots and events. The perfect space for a baby shower and meetings. The space is equipped with essentials needed for the perfect photo. Let us know your event space needs in advance and we can accommodate the space for your liking (Full day rentals). Record your podcast or interviews. Ask about our production rates for your podcast! Yes, I would book again.

Host was very helpful. She responded quickly and even supplied us with a few things. Hosted a intimate gender reveal (last minute) and everything was as expected and pictured. Nice building and very clean! Will definitely book with the host again!!!!

This was a really great space. It was perfect for my auditions. It was a great location, and a very cool set up. Adrian was really nice. She communicated well and had everything prepared for us. She even had snacks lol. I will definitely book with her again!
