There is incredible natural lighting, concrete floors, exposed metal / wood architectural details, plenty of tall white walls and lots of interesting spaces to capture throughout. The unique space has multiple floors with distinct aesthetics. The rooftop has an outdoor lounge, tropical plants and dining area with 360-degree views of West LA to get the perfect golden hour sunset shots. We’ve hosted commercial shoots, social media content, portraits, fashion fittings, fitness shoots, interviews, and more. Designed as a creative / work space, producing here is truly a breeze. This space is just a few blocks (walking distance) away from the beach and conveniently located directly behind Abbot Kinney Blvd. Centrally located in West LA, just minues from LAX, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey & Culver City. VIDEO PRODUCTION RENTAL EQUIPMENT: Upon request, there is professional lighting, sound, and video equipment that can be rented & utilized on-site. Book production equipment under “add ons”.
