About the Space
Charming Spanish home with multiple outdoor spaces for parties, meetings, dinners, brunches or photo shoots. Beautiful Spanish style fountain, Spanish tile, fire pit and lush gardens surround the property. Upon arrival you will enter the fountain courtyard that is perfect for champagne greetings and passed appetizers. Your guests can then move through the lush gardens into the bougainvillea courtyard for conversation. When you are ready for the main event, come to the back garden lush with bamboo, bougainvillea and citrus trees for dinner, brunch or an outdoor meeting. There is a dedicated (retro!) refrigerator for all of your party needs....ice, cake, chilled drinks, etc. LGBT friendly. Carin really helped me out when my original venue for my baby sprinkle fell through due to the host falling suddenly ill 2 days prior to the event. She was able to accommodate our event so last minute and was flexible with giving me a tour the night before . After the walk through, I appreciated how she allowed me to store misc party props/decor and even helped me unload everything. Carin was very responsive, so welcoming and hospitable. I just love her positive energy Now the space- can I just say wow! We had a baby blessing and the backyard had the perfect setting for it. The eclectic boho decor and vibe of the space just elevated the ceremony. All the guest couldn't stop raving at how beautiful the whole house was. The welcome sign in the front was also a perfect touch. It was a beautiful day and I would definitely book with Carin again. Thank you for such an amazing experience

This venue was a fabulous place to host my daughter’s baby shower. I booked this from cross country and was a bit unsure of how it would be, but it was beyond my expectations. The extra large retro kitchen and the beautifully landscaped backyard were so welcoming and comfortable. The owner was very timely with responses and went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. There were so many “extras” she provided that made the event truly memorable! I would highly recommend this venue for any celebration.

Hosted a baby shower for ~25 people at Carin's Spanish Bungalow. Multiple guests commented on how lovely the space was and how nicely decorated/well kept it was. Carin was a wonderful host! She warmly greeted us, gave us a tour when we arrived, made sure we had everything we needed for a successful event, and was readily available that day. Carin was also always very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the event. I would definitely book with Carin and this space again!

This space was perfect! The home is gorgeous, but working with Carin made it magical. We had ~40 guests and it was comfortable and shaded in the evening. Lots of parking and everything to make an event feel special. The garden is perfect and has all the elements that feel like home. We’ll definitely be hosting here again.
