About the Space

Our space is designed to take care of your professional needs. From the 15X8ft dry erase wall to the contemporary designed lobby we can handle everything from your team meetings to branding photoshoots. We understand the importance of functionality and efficiency when it comes to meetings, training and workshops. With both those in mind, we have created a workspace that can accommodate presentations, think tanks, and team meetings. Our goal is to provide you a clean, safe workspace that promotes collaboration and some good vibes! We have also worked with multiple photographers to develop spaces to take great branding photos.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Alycia was a great host. The location worked perfect for our needs. We accomplished multiple setups: doc exam, therapy session, and interviews. Would film there again 👍

Decent space but much smaller than it appeared in the pictures and the thermostat was locked off at a high temperature making this a pretty miserable set for the crew.

Excellent experience. Nice small space for what I needed a few quick headshots. Thinking it would be fun for a branding session as well. I used some of the art and the walls to create different looks for my headshots. Alycia was on time and a great hostess. It was my first time shooting here. Good parking in front. I would definately use this space again as for the price point it works. If you work with lights tho keep in mind you will have very limited space for softboxes.
