About the Space

Built in 2014 by Pavonetti Architecture, this home is one of a kind in all ways. The exterior of the house was built using untreated cedar and the inside of the home features concrete floors, floor to ceiling steel windows, and a clean modern aesthetic. Loads of natural light, perfect for photo shoots, filming or events. Home has a large front/side yard that can be used for prep or as extended functional space. Home has been featured in Dwell, Austin Monthly, Curbed and 'Home Body' by Joanna Gaines. Pictures reflect the furnishings in the space as it is, including recent kitchen remodel. Bottom floor of the house contains one bathroom and a large open chef's kitchen, dining area and living room with cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Stairs with hand-welded staircase lead to upstairs guest room, master / office, and second full bath.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

This was the perfect spot for our documentary film set! Alexandra’s living room is really a white creative canvas with some of the best vibes in town, my crew and I loved the space, highly recommended for interview setups.

This home does not disappoint. It's exactly as pictured, though I would say that the yard looks better than pictured (I was there in late April). There is so much beautiful light and the design is warm and welcoming. It was perfect for our branding shoot that needed both an inviting living area and a beautiful kitchen. For my first experience using Peerspace, Alexandra made it very easy. She was incredibly helpful and very attentive. All-in-all it was a great experience that I would highly recommend.

Alexandra is quite possibly the easiest person to work with. She allowed us on a few minutes prior and was available to let the first person on the property in automatically through her doorbell system. Her home is immaculate and looks almost identical to her staged shots on the site. It’s our second shoot and it is the perfect backdrop for food/bev brands. health brands, wellness brands, light and airy lifestyle given all the light, and a fabulous kitchen and living space. Highly recommend.
