About the Space
This space is great for any freelance or independent worker who needs a temporary space. (Designer, editor, writer, producer and etc.) Bright and quiet environment with window & high ceiling. Maximum 2 people are allowed in the room. Fast wired & wireless internet is available.

Two visitor parking spots are available, but first come first serve basis.
There is a parking lot across the alley and it always has plenty of space.
All the parking space is on Slocum Ave which is the side of the building.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
No food & alcohol is allowed due to the Covid-19 protocol.
Maximum of 2 people are allowed in the room.

Security cameras and recording devices
Premises are monitored 24/7 with CCTV. Each camera records video only for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Only limited bookings per a day are are allowed.
Between bookings thorough cleaning and sanitization will be done.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
