We adhere to all CDC COVID 19 protocol. MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCING It is required that all persons present maintain a social distance of 6 feet while on location. For all shoots, the maximum amount of people allowed on set will follow local guidelines. MINIMIZING THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ON SET The number of crew on set should be kept to the minimum required. Client is encouraged to send the fewest possible number of representatives. Anyone entering location will be required to sign in and fill out questionnaire with contact information and recorded temperature. MASKS We will provide masks for all people on set - and require their use for interior spaces, where social distancing can be difficult to maintain. TIERED ARRIVALS AND ENTRY TO SET To the extent possible - call times will be staggered so that cast and crew are given access at timed intervals, to prevent crowding on arrival to set. PROMOTING HYGIENE ON SET All people on set are required to adhere to health authority guidelines on hygiene and behavior required to minimize risk of spread. Hand sanitizer will be made available at points of entry and common areas. CLEANING REQUIREMENTS Production is responsible for frequent cleaning of contact surfaces - this includes: door handles, surfaces, bathroom fixtures, and any equipment handled by more than one person. Any workstation used by more than one person will be cleaned between each user. REGARDING ILLNESS Anyone exhibiting mild or severe symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted entry to set. Anyone exposed to someone showing symptoms in the last 14 days will not be permitted entry to set. A dry cough, fever, muscle pain and sore throat are considered to be symptoms of COVID-19. OPTIMIZING WORKFLOW To the extent possible - work will be coordinated in such a way that a minimum of people are given access to a space at any one time.
