Welcome to The Writer's Retreat! This home is nested on lush green garden grounds with majestic oak and palm trees. The classic Coconut Grove Bungalow style home has old world charm everywhere you look. Relax by the pool or in the garden, read a book, or just enjoy the peace in this bright and welcoming home located in Coconut Grove. There is a weekend farmers market nearby, botanical gardens, restaurants, shopping, a marina and more just minutes away.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

My experience here was AWESOME!! First id like to mention how quickly they respond. Its awesome. 2nd, the house looks better in person than in the pictures. Caroline allowed my film crew and I to film a music video here and it came out AMAZING!!!! If you're looking to book a beautiful place with lots of texture this is your spot. Only complaint is the parking. Theres about 4 spots. Not enough for a full crew. What I did was have my crew park at the Publix near by then shuttle them over. THANKS CAROLINE YOURE THE BESSSST!!!!!!!!!
