Our space is primarily a photo/video studio, but we also make it available for a variety of uses. We are open to podcasts, meetings, or events. The studio space is 1,000 sq ft, plus we have a kitchen, common area, and desks in the front office. We also provide some lighting equipment that will work for most photoshoots. Additional equipment can be added as needed. We have standard paper colors at the studio, but specific colors can be requested prior to your shoot.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Allie V. booked a film shoot for 3 people
The staff (Drew) was wonderful. Communication was solid as well. They had a lot of stuff in the space when we arrived that was in the way, but I was grateful they were happy to move it for us. It was very dusty, though. I was covered in dirt after doing floorwork. And the rolling door was supposed to be my backdrop, but it was also covered in visible dust so we couldn't get too close. We found a broom and swept ourselves. As mentioned, the staff was wonderful. And they allowed us to stay 15 mins later than planned because we had to wait for them to move stuff out of the way for us to film. We were tight on time, so I appreciated that very much.
