Built in 2014 by Pavonetti Architecture, this home is one of a kind in all ways. The exterior of the house was built using untreated cedar and the inside of the home features concrete floors, floor to ceiling steel windows, and a clean modern aesthetic. Loads of natural light, perfect for photo shoots, filming or events. Home has a large front/side yard that can be used for prep or as extended functional space. Bottom floor of the house contains one bathroom and a large open chef's kitchen, dining area and living room with cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
