About the Space
The outdoor patio is a 1000 sq. ft. space perfect for intimate gatherings. The patio is fully enclosed for ultimate privacy and security. There are awnings to protect from the sun with tables and seating for 30 guests. There is ample space for 60 standing guests. The patio allows for arrangement of the tables and chairs to suit the needs of your event. There is ambient lighting for evening and night events.

There is onsite parking for approximately 50 cars. There is ample street parking.
General Rules
Restaurant catering is available but not required.
Amplified music must end by 10:00pm.
Outside decorations allowed.
Rearrangement of tables and chairs allowed.
Furniture must be returned to the original configuration at the end of your event.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras that capture and record all areas of the patio and the entrance.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All surface areas are cleaned and sanitized multiple times during throughout the day.
Cleaning supplies and sanitizers are readily available for cleaning when needed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
