This home includes a state of the art modern kitchen, which can be used for shooting videos, photography, television shows, in addition to hosting parties. It also includes a deck with ample seating, which is perfect for an outdoor event. The home also includes a gym and an office, which guests can enjoy! It is located less than ten minutes from downtown White Plains and the Metro-North railroad, which gets you to Manhattan in 40 minutes.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Wow. Host was VERY attentive with everything I needed . I used this space for my engagement photo shoot . The vibe I was going for was a calm homely vibe. And just, wow . The space was exactly what I wanted . Rules were easy and low key. It was all I wanted. 10/10

The space was perfect for the photo shoot we had for our brand. We used the kitchen, which was fully functional and absolutely beautiful. Darren was communicative and extremely helpful in giving us a small tour of the home so that we knew where everything we could use was. I would come back here again and again!

Very nice home and home owners. They were very accommodating and patient as I was not 100% knowledgeable about how to use the app. My guests had a nice time and enjoyed the home as well.

I had my baby shower at their house over Memorial Day Weekend. We followed the house rules of no more than 20 people and no shoes in the house. The inside of the house was super clean and nicely decorated. There was a lot of counter space for us to use for the food and drinks, which was great! When booking the house, we had planned on utilizing the backyard since the weather was supposed to be excellent. The photos show a lush backyard with a lot of open space. Upon arriving at the property, we found that the entire backyard was dug up, there was no grass, and there was a large wood chipper. This had never been communicated to me during the booking process or in the weeks leading up to the event. Had I known this, I would've gone with a different property so we could've had the party outside. In addition, upon arriving at the scheduled time, one of the owners was still present. While the owner was very nice, we weren't expecting her to be popping in and out of the party for at least two of the four hours that we booked the house for. She made occasional appearances and several of the guests had asked who she was (as well as a younger girl who was also seen in the party area). We only utilized the kitchen, living room, and powder room and it was enough space for the event. Amazing Experience! Host went above and Beyond to be super accommodating. It was a beautiful home and a pleasure to do our shoot there. Highly Recommended.
