Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The facility is cleaned daily to prevent all issues of clean air flow throughout the facility. We also go as far as cleaning and spraying after every client.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
The space has informational signage including:
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
About the Space
We currently have yoga classes, workouts, training, photoshoots, and dinners at our location. The space is a little bit over 1600 sq ft. Blank Canvas is exactly that. A space where you can bring your creative ideas to light. Build sets for photoshoots and videos or decorate for a loved ones special occasion. Studios don’t have enough space? Have your listening session here. We also have kitchen access and lounge area for extra seating and eating. The possibilities are unlimited.

Parking is valet and we ask that you tip the valet providing you the service. We have 30 on site parks. As well as additional parking.
General Rules
No loud music in parking lot
No loitering or standing outside for long periods of times in parking lot
Security will need to provided for any large events. (If you think your event will exceed 40 people. Please ask about security measures.)
No GUNS allowed on premises
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras as well as sensor lights that record the premises 24 hours a day. We do not have cameras in restrooms or private areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
