Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Morden condo that is suitable for photo shoots, podcasts, and any other needs. When you walk in there is a open layout with a den that has space to put any equipment. Lilting room is a open concept that has a couch and tv. The whole condo has art on the walls. There is a big balcony with an outdoor bed and couch facing the pool. Main bedroom can’t be used. This unique modern condo has amazing potential for you to use your imagination and make something spectacular out of it!
