Please do not park in front of the building. You may drop off your photography/video equipment to the front of the building, but please move your car to the parking lot afterwards. There is a free parking lot located to left side of the building. https://bit.ly/lightpark

We have an abundant amount of natural light throughout the day. We have a mix of glass block and fixed windows. Light can blocked a decent amount with the window blinds. We get the best lighting from 11:00am - 2:00pm.

Very quiet place. Street is very quiet.

Stairs, Ground Floor

There is a small set of stairs located in front of the building and a set of doors you have to pass to get to the studio, but other than that, the way to the studio is short, simple, and easy.

There are 6 outlets located along the walls of the studio. The circuit breaker is not accessible.

Please read our general rules & guidelines as fees will be applied for failing to comply with them. General Rules 1. Please ARRIVE and LEAVE within your scheduled time slots and ensure you book enough time for your setup and tear down. ***If you are not out of the studio by the end of your scheduled time, an additional half-hour overtime fee will be automatically charged to your account at 1.5x the studio hourly rate.*** 2. PLEASE place the furniture back to how it was originally setup prior to the end of your booking time. The piano and furniture decor around the fireplace CANNOT be moved, but the chairs, tables, and props can be. Under no circumstances food can't be placed on top of the fireplace and the piano. Failing to place everything back the way you found it will result in a $100 CLEANUP FEE. We recommend taking photos of the things you want to move so you can reference them at the end of your reservation. 3. Nudity is allowed 4. NO glitter, confetti, feathers, fake snow, powdery substances, sprays or anything messy 5. Sorry, no pets allowed 6. NO smoking or drugs 7. NO honey, syrup, honey, or anything sticky or hard to clean 8. NO cake smashing 9. Music and noise MUST be played at a reasonable level 10. NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE allowed per booking. We will check upon arrival for any bookings that schedule 10 people. If you have more than the 10 capacity limit, STUDIO ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED, and the booking must be rescheduled with less people or will result in cancellation with no refund. 11. No fire or fireworks 12. No smoke machines allowed 13. No body oils, lotions, or creams on the furniture Security Cameras We have security cameras inside the space facing the entrance. Please use the restroom for changing. Please do not touch, cover or unplug the security cameras. The footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

PLEASE do not move the piano or any of the props on the fireplace. Everything else may be moved or used as props. All we ask is that you return everything back to how it originally was to the start of your booking, or *you will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee.*
