About the Space

In prime East Williamsburg, our airy, art-filled duplex is perfect for film and photo shoots, meetings, or private dinners. A private wrap-around terrace provides skyline views and a relaxing setting to work or enjoy time with friends. A mix of modern details and original Brooklyn charm, the space is bright with artful details throughout. Our living room has been recently upgraded with cozy floor pillows and bohemian accents. The pillows make it easy to clear out the room for production, or rearrange how ever you team may need!

Lighting description

There are two floor-to-ceiling windows (actually doors!) in the main level living space that flood the living room and kitchen. The bedroom has one large window that gets bright light all day.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Neighbor noise is rare on the main level and pretty non-existent upstairs. Street noise is also minimal, however is louder upstairs.

We are on a main road, surrounded by side streets that are good for parking and unloading. The entrance to the building has no steps, and then we are 4 flights up, with one flight of stairs (with a turn) in the unit. The outdoor terrace is on our second floor.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

There is a disinfectant spray, Windex, and any other cleaning supplies you may need are located under the kitchen sink. Extra paper towels can be found in the living room closet. We have a professional come in and clean before and after each booking. All high-touch surfaces inside the apartment will be disinfected right before your booking. The downstairs street-facing doors may be left open for ventilation, along with the upstairs terrace doors. There are bathrooms on each floor for easy handwashing.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
