It is a rare oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city...set on a quiet street in a garden neighborhood. The house has nice touches such as parquet hardwood floors, arched ceilings, crown moldings, original tile, including bright pink in the bathroom. It has natural light all day, and would be perfect for photo/video shoots. The living room, formal dining room and kitchen nook, coupled with good wifi work well for a day office, or meetings. The comfy living room with working fireplace would be perfect for therapeutic appointments or cozy friend gatherings. The best part is the backyard. There is an outdoor living room and gathering space. Equipped with a table and chairs, grill, hammock, and firepit...it's the perfect spot to chill or host an al fresco brunch or soiree!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
