A beautifully lit 650 square foot loft, located off the Morgan L Stop in East Williamsburg. Large main space and 1 bedroom. Main Space: The main space consists of a large furnished living area with one of the 18' walls filled with operable windows. Furniture can be reconfigured in different ways, and can also be relocated to the bedroom, allowing a 5' or 9' seamless backdrop to be used. Seamless Backdrop: **NOTE** THE SEAMLESS BACKDROP CAN ONLY BE USED IF NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE. PLEASE STATE THAT YOU WILL BE USING IT IN YOUR INITIAL MESSAGE. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $40 FEE FOR SEAMLESS BACKDROP USE. Main Bedroom: The main bedroom also features an entire wall indirect light. The main feature of the room is the canopy bed. Plants and white dresser. Bathroom: There's nothing spectacular about the bathroom, but there is a toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub if needed. Light: The window wall of the space is NE facing. It gets incredible diffused light in the morning and early afternoon, and then gets some direct sunlight in the late afternoon and sunset. Furniture: An array of furniture from Anthropologie, West Elm as well as other unique mid century finds. A variety of plants adorn the space. The 12' ceilings and wide open main space allow for a 9' seamless backdrop to be used. $40 additional fee. If additional paper is needed, it can be purchased for a fee. Available in white. Other colors from Savage paper, as well as other photo gear and lighting can be purchased or rented out by Imaging World which is located on site. The space is perfect for natural light photography or videography (although if you are recording sound you may pick up the noise of the industrial buildings around it). NO ANIMALS/PETS ALLOWED. ANY OVERTIME IS 1.5X THE NORMAL HOURLY RATE.
