Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We are excited to soon welcome you back to HideSeek with care and consideration. The health and safety of our guests, as well as our employees, is of utmost importance to us. HideSeek will work with the appropriate Health Departments to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable experience. Our team has made significant modifications from our past exhibits in Toronto and Montreal to further ensure the safety of all visitors.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
Our space is a world of childlike wonder. Jump into a 10,000 SQ FT pop-up world and get lost in 15 immersive installations designed to let you feel like a kid again! Every corner excites in person and impresses in photos, with rooms bursting with bubbles and floor-to-ceiling slinkies that have a life of their own. Located right in the heart of Chicago's vibrant Old Town Neighbourhood, this space is the perfect spot for an event, product launch or photo/video shoot.

General Rules
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed - but all food must be eaten in the lobby of HideSeek. No food or drink should be brought in any rooms of the exhibit.
Maximum capacity of 20 people.
Event renter is responsible for all damages caused by their guests/crew.
Please do not leave any garbage behind. If the renter does leave garbage behind, we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee.
