About the Space
Our space has created a whimsical and inviting escape in the heart of Meridian Hill! This two floor, one-bedroom apartment has endless photo shoot spots. From a bright and modern kitchen to cozy and studious workspace. The bedroom is complete with a luxurious fireplace setting, and the velvet orange sofa in the living room is sure to make your photos pop! The living room is equipped with a projector and hidden projector screen. Host a small gathering, an important meeting, or simply use it as an inspirational place to work for the day! The possibilities are endless when you have a new and creative environment. The space has also been digitally transformed with two Alexa Echo dots that control it. From voice controlled light bulbs and speakers, to the SimpliSafe security system, this smart space is set up to be responsive and helpful. An Android iOS tablet is set-up to help easily manage all of the smart devices. Let your creativity take you away in Number 104.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Wonderful experience filming for a short film in this space. It was absolutely beautiful inside, easy to load gear into because it was close to the main entrance, and Claire was lovely and easy to work with. Highly reccomend!

This space was Absolutely AMAZING!! Everything was just as pictured and the perfect space for my Brand Photoshoot. Claire was unbelievably accommodating and literally the BEST HOST I have ever worked with! If you have a chance, book this space ASAP. You will not be disappointed.

Claire was absolutely amazing! She was very communicative and offered her assistance where ever needed. The place was designed beautifully. Everything looked exactly like the images. Perfect aesthetic for photoshoots, videos, or maybe just a cool office for the day. I was blown away! This will not be my last time booking with Claire she is amazing!
