About the Space
We offer a beautiful bar/ lounge in the front (separate rental), full kitchen upon request, and an absolutely beautiful theater space in the back, giving us a total of 8000 sq. ft of production facility. We are the former location of Cinespace, and have most recently hosted productions as diverse as RuPaul's Drag Race, Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top, and Leanne Rimes in addition to shoots for the Oscar's Pre-Party. We offer state of the art, cutting edge production capabilities, Located in the heart of Hollywood, with a private parking space for talent, and convenient garage and open lot parking less than half a block away, we are a rare gem of a space, and anxious to host your next production or party!

After each event, we have our crew of Covid Certified Cleaners wipe down heavily used surfaces, in addition to their regular cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
