About the Space
This space houses our design studio. When not an office, it is available for private use to renters (space will be delivered vacant with the exception of the onsite host). This bright modern and loft-like space is available for meetings, classes, professional events, and small photo or video shoots. Two private elevator banks open to the penthouse floor. Windows on all three sides mean an abundance of sunny natural light all day. This space comes with two private bathrooms, a full kitchen with two-burner stove top, coffee machine, espresso machine and an additional seating table area, desks and chairs for 20. In addition to the conference room, we have two phone booths for private calls, a smart tech outfitted large conference room that seats 12-15 comfortably, and a professional laser printer/copier.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We are grateful that they were able to host us for the first slot post-holiday weekend! As with the last times we have booked, the space was given to us in immaculate condition, the wifi was reliable and fast, it was very quiet with no sounds from the street or nearby as the building is on floor 12, great views to inspire during long brainstorming sessions, strong AC, and a well stocked & curated kitchen. We have hosted anywhere from 2 to 10 people here for different types of team meetings.
