About the Space
This space is a 1200 SF storefront with two gorgeous Sun-drenched west-facing windows with high ceilings. It has massive exposure from the traffic of La Cienega Blvd, just south of Wilshire Blvd which is the most well-traveled north to south artery of Beverly Hills. The space is great for pop-ups, filming, events, small gatherings, private dinners, wine & food tasting, birthday parties, poker parties ETC. There is a parking lot in the rear with 33 spots, very convenient for unloading and loading event supplies. Street metered parking is also available. This space includes glass fixtures and display cases, ideal for showcasing products. Please note that insurance should be provided by the renter.

Place was nice but they did not clean before my booking. Upon entering on my booking day, I had to mop, dust and clean bathroom before my event. The staff was very nice. They just need to work on cleaning before a booking
