W E L C O M E to our 600 sq ft natural light studio in Midtown Manhattan! With CYC wall, terrace and rooftop access, this space is perfect for photoshoots, videos, podcasts, meetings, classes, and events. Booking includes lighting equipment and one backdrop pull. It gets direct sunlight from noon until sunset. NATURAL LIGHT: Studio has windows facing North and gets a ton of soft natural light throughout the day. Sometimes in the late afternoons, when the Sun reflects from glass buildings across the street, studio gets some amazing direct light. LOCATION: the studio is located in the heart of New York, Garment District, ideal for commuting from any part of five boroughs and New Jersey. Nearby trains: A C E 1 2 3 N Q R W 7 S. 10 min walking distance from Penn Station, Port Authority, Times Square. PARKING: free street parking on weekends and late night, parking garages down the street. BACKDROPS: white, thunder gray, coral pink, marmalade yellow, blue mist and orchid purple. One backdrop is included, every additional paper backdrop pull is $20. More colors available per request for additional fee. All equipment and one seamless paper backdrop use is included in the booking. Every additional paper backdrop use is $20. Please let us know the latest 24h in advance about any equipment or backdrops you would like to use for your shoot, so we can have it ready for you! Please make sure that set up and break down time is included in the hours you book. If you need additional time, let us know at least one hour in advance and we can extend your booking for the same rate if the studio is available. The overtime fee is 2x the regular hourly rate and will be applied if the booking is extended without notification.
