About the Space
Located in a quite village on the Gold Coast of Long Island. This manor styled home was built in 1786 and is situated on 19 acres. The home has a wrap around porch that overlooks the multi layered lawn along with the pond. Theres multiple areas of the property which include barns, a 20,000SF indoor riding arena, outdoor riding arena, horse paddocks, and open grass areas. Large parking areas that could accommodate tractor trailers, catering trucks, and portable restrooms. Best uses for the space is photoshoots, films, and any events that don't require loud music.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaning service come in before every event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
