About the Space
This is a Ray Kappe-designed house called the Barsha House. It’s located on a quiet street overlooking the San Fernando Valley. It’s a private, two-story home with an open floor plan that is production friendly. Large rooms with high ceilings and recessed lighting allow you to easily customize the house for your needs. Or, use it as is, with its warm, mid-century style. Four bedrooms, generous common living area with 15’ ceilings in about half of the house. It has a heated pool, dramatic staircase and fireplace and a usable two-car garage for production purposes. Easy access and ample parking.
