Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was the right size for my social networking event. It catered to the authenticity and intimacy that I was aiming. Rave reviews from my guests on their overall experience! Fareed and Lisa were very accommodating as well. I would recommend this venue.

This space was perfect. Well kept, clean, plenty of parking for the area. Our on-sight host Fareed was wonderfully friendly and got us all set up with no hiccups. We used the projecting the screen and Fareed piped music into the room for our enjoyment. What we loved that there was plenty of room for groups to stand, lounge or sit. Making it ideal for the various age groups that can to our event.

Yes, I would book again.

The space was exactly as it appears, very clean, and perfect for our shower. Lisa answered all questions, big and small, and Fareed was onsite and so helpful day of. 10/10 would rent again!

This was one of the best rentals I've ever had. I host events regularly and hosting a workshop for 30 women in this location was perfect! The host was super responsive and had an attendant to greet us and make sure all needs were met. There was even space to shoot content and a private area in the back to take phone calls. I'd absolutely rent this space again.
