About the Space
This unique space is a Wood Workshop (or used as any sort of DIY projects). Its large open first floor room is full of production possibilities. Upstairs is a sweet communal sort of office space with tables, chairs and computers. Any scene that needs a workshop sort of environment will be perfect photographed or filmed here. We suggest you arrange a scout visit. Security Deposit: $750/day

Health and Safety Measures
We provide details on safety and health rules that we expect production to follow. And we require their rules as well. We are masked/vaccinated and know that production is checking too and working masked, etc.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
