About the Space
We have hosted feature film shoots for TB12 with Tom Brady, Nash Brothers with Zdeno Chara. Our facility has also been used by WHOOP with Katrin Davidsdottir and Brooke Wells as well as Reebok with Rich Froning for commercials and photo shoots. Most recently we hosted a photo shoot for Puma's new apparel and training shoe catalog. The old school gym facility features a large open space with 20 foot ceilings. Great site lines for various angles. Commercial amp for all electric. We have a sister 12,000 square foot facility in Needham, MA available as well.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We follow all CDC and government guidelines pertaining to cleaning and safety measures. All high touch surfaces are cleaned multiple times a day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
