Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We clean all surfaces with a disinfectant after every use. Door nobs and bathroom areas are cleaned after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
We have 1200 square feet divided into one 600sqft room and two offices with a foyer. We can host photographers, videographers, and gatherings. We have done large meeting here and even a film showing.there is minimal furniture and fixtures so it’s suitable for yoga classes, or can be built out to accommodate any scene or look you need. The space has some photo/video equipment available lights cameras and microphones. Computers are available for live streams. WiFi available.

Parking is available for approximately 20 cars on the property. On-street parking is available too.
General Rules
No smoking. No incense. No sage. No open fire. No candles. You spill something? Clean it up. BYO Alcohol and food are allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are two security cameras in the common areas that activate when motion is detected. During events or rental they can be optionally turned off.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
