All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

Free Street Parking for all guests.

General Rules

Furniture can be rearranged but must go back to its original condition upon departure. Your booking starts at the time you have booked and will end at the time you have booked. No exceptions Please leave the home in the exact same state as you found it or you will be charged additional cleaning fees. Outside catering is permitted, but guests are not permitted to leave any food overnight. Must bring own trash bags & throw away trash and recycle upon departure. Please use ashtrays and bring extra if you would need them. All smoking is permitted on the 1st floor or backyard only. No cigarette smoking indoors. Music is permitted but needs to be lowered by 10:30 PM
