Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

The host was amazing and answered all inquiries I had very fast. The house looks exactly as pictured and there is ample street parking. Would definitely recommend this space.

DaJaun was extremely quick in responding to my requests. I had initially requested another location but it was booked and he immediately provided another option. We ended up choosing the residence in North East Washington and it worked really well for our video and photo production. The house was clean and presented just as displayed in the photos. Yes, I would book again.

This place was a perfect size for a last minute birthday gathering with friends. DaJuan responded quickly and helped me book the space early in the morning for the event that same evening, and also accepted some adjustments I needed to make to have a perfect night. The place is clean, nice, comfortable, and I was able to relax without having to be on my toes about the music volume or easy-to-clean messes. It was perfect!
